I’ve just joined the Google Shopping team and am responsible for the mobile user growth.
In my previous role at Google, I used to advise CXOs of Google’s largest clients on transforming their digital strategy. I helped marketers break down the silos in Marketing and achieve a unified view of their customer, across marketing channels and devices. My goal is to make advertising useful for the consumer – helping them decide in the moments that matter, and not something considered intrusive, irrelevant or disrespectful. I helped marketers make their practice more efficient and accountable, and more core to the strategy of their business.
I learn when I deliver guest lectures at India’s premier management schools (IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta, IIM Shillong, SPJIMR), during keynotes/panel discussions at industry leading events (ad:tech, CMO Roundtables, iMedia summit, Zee Melt, Inkspell events, etc.) and as a jury member for various marketing awards.
Before joining Google, I played an instrumental role in building India’s second largest e-commerce almost from scratch, in a completely ROI-positive manner.
I’ve been featured on CNN Money and Fortune magazine for one of the “6 ideas for changing the world”.
I’ve been awarded the Best Digital Marketing Professional Award by the CMO Council and World Brand Congress, as well as a “Role Model for 2018” for the World Marketing Congress.
I’m extremely passionate about Digital Marketing and Technology, like doing things differently and am very fond of traveling, trekking, food, squash, badminton and swimming.
